The Foundations Health Program and The Parasite Project Terms & Conditions Health Waiver

This Terms & Conditions Health Waiver ("Waiver") governs the use of the services provided by The Parasite Project, operated by Kristen Pardue, Registered Dietitian, owner of Freedom Foundation LLC ("the Practitioner").

By engaging in The Foundations HEalth Programs or The Parasite Project, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below:

1. SERVICES: The Practitioner will provide consultations as described in The Parasite Project, available at www.kristenpardue.com. The services include health recommendations developed jointly with you. It is understood that the Practitioner does not solve medical issues nor treat diseases and is not a replacement for your therapist, physician, or other health professionals. You should continue to follow the advice of these professionals while engaging in the Project.

2. PAYMENT: You agree to make payment via the website or another method as outlined on the payment page for The Parasite Project at www.kristenpardue.com. Refunds will not be issued once payment has been made.

3. DISCLAIMERS: The Practitioner is not a medical doctor, psychologist, or therapist, and the services do not replace the care of other professionals. Health recommendations given are suggestions, and you are responsible for deciding whether to implement such changes. The Practitioner is not responsible for any adverse effects or consequences resulting, directly or indirectly, from any information or recommendations provided.

4. INDEMNIFICATION: You acknowledge full responsibility for your health and well-being and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Practitioner and its officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the Practitioner’s provision of health and wellness services to you.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY: Information shared during discussions, Project sessions, or otherwise will not be disclosed, revealed, or made use of, except when shared with the Practitioner's contractors or representatives solely for fulfilling the obligations of this Waiver.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS: The Practitioner maintains all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the materials used or created as part of the Project. You receive a license for personal use of any content provided by the Practitioner. No ownership or rights to any intellectual property of the Practitioner are transferred to you.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Any disputes not resolved by good-faith negotiation between you and the Practitioner will be submitted to the American Arbitration Association, to occur within ninety (90) days from the date of the initial arbitration demand in Nashville, TN, or via telephone.

8. GOVERNING LAW: This Waiver is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee within the United States.

By engaging with the Practitioner's services, you accept these Terms & Conditions. It is strongly recommended that you continue to seek advice from your regular healthcare provider and that you provide the Practitioner with any relevant information about your health status and medical treatment.
